Potentially Recognized Environmental Conditions that warranted more investigation included underground storage tanks (USTs), asbestos containing materials (ACM), lead based paint (LBP), and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) from a pole mounted transformer, prior use of the facility as a dry cleaner from the early 1960s – early 1990s. Oak Environmental partnered with a national Phase I company to perform the Phase I.
